This policy explains how to cancel an order, what happens if your order doesn’t arrive, and how refunds work.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order before your payment has been charged. Email support@medsmingle.com or call +1 (216) 505-8246 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Orders that don’t arrive
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of placing it, contact us. We will re-ship it at no extra cost. If we are unable to re-ship your order, we will refund your payment.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items.
Returns
For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of medicines or health products once they have been delivered, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.
