Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Where orders ship from
Our products are made by manufacturers in India, and orders are sent directly from the manufacturer so that our full range stays in stock.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered by EMS/USPS and usually arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, because international parcels go through customs. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or customs delays.
Tracking your order
You can check whether your order has been processed, shipped or delivered by logging in to My account.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will re-ship it at no extra cost, or refund you if we can’t. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Sales tax and insurance
We don’t charge sales tax on online orders. We don’t accept US insurance plans.
